Who I Help

The transition into pregnancy and early parenthood can stir anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and the emotional weight of PPA/PPD symptoms. Text Messaging Support provides grounding and connection between appointments, helping you name what’s coming up instead of holding it alone.

Perinatal & postpartum clients

Parenting small children can feel nonstop, leaving little space to process emotions. Text Messaging Support offers a place to reflect on the hard moments in real time—especially when overstimulation, sensory overload, or guilt about needing space shows up between sessions.

Parents of young children

Women experiencing anxiety & burnout

When the mental load feels constant, it’s easy to second-guess yourself or spiral silently. Text Messaging Support helps interrupt anxious patterns between sessions and reinforces skills and boundaries when you need them most—not just once a week..

Young Adult & Adult women in transition

Periods of change can activate uncertainty, relationship stress, and difficulty using coping tools in the moment. Text Messaging Support creates continuity and space to reflect between sessions as you navigate identity, independence, and emotional regulation.

Start with a screening form

Therapy insights shouldn’t disappear when the session ends. Messaging support can help you:

  • pause and reflect in real time

  • interrupt overwhelm before it escalates

  • stay accountable to therapeutic goals

  • get grounding prompts during activation

  • apply skills consistently between sessions

How Messaging Support Helps

Schedule consultation

How to Get Started.

Start by filling out a brief screening form. It helps determine whether messaging support is clinically appropriate for your needs and within the program’s safety boundaries. After reviewing your form, Casey will respond within 24 business hours to set up your consultation call..

Step 1 – Complete screening form

After Casey reviews your screening form, she’ll email you to schedule a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. We’ll briefly review how messaging support works, clarify expectations and safety boundaries, and make sure it feels like a good mutual fit.

If it’s not the right match, Casey will offer alternatives—either therapy options with her if available or referrals to other providers.

Step 2 – Consultation call

If we decide to move forward, Casey will email electronic paperwork and payment details. You’ll have time to review everything carefully and ask any questions before signing. These documents outline expectations, safety boundaries, and how messaging support works. Once completed, you’ll be cleared to begin onboarding and access the secure messaging app.

Step 3 – Fill out paperwork

After your first live session and signed consent, Casey will add you to the HIPAA-compliant messaging app. You’ll be able to send text, voice, or image messages anytime. Casey responds three times per week during established office hours. Messaging is a supportive extension of therapy—not a therapy session on its own—and is used for reflection, grounding, and skills reinforcement between appointments.
