Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a cutting-edge, evidence-based eye movement
therapy effective for treating trauma and various mental health concerns. This approach
employs guided, rapid eye movements while you are fully awake to help the brain process
and resolve distressing memories, sensations, and emotions. ART facilitates faster healing
by enabling your brain to reframe traumatic experiences and reduce associated
symptoms, supporting recovery and improved emotional well-being.

In ART, we say: “Keep the knowledge, lose the pain.” You will still remember the facts of what happened, but the overwhelming emotional pain connected to those memories will no longer have control over your daily life.

Research shows many clients feel relief from symptoms in as little as 1–5 sessions. Since being trained in ART in November 2021, I have worked with clients who have experienced powerful results with symptoms related to:

  • Grief and loss

  • Sexual assault and abuse

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and intrusive thoughts

  • Public speaking anxiety and imposter syndrome

  • Depression and panic attacks

  • Pregnancy loss and birth trauma

  • And other trauma-related challenges

ART is designed to be a safe, structured process where a trained therapist guides you through reprocessing specific troubling events from your past.
