Real OCD specialists who take insurance are rare. We want to be the practice that has one.
People with OCD in Texas are waiting months for a therapist who actually knows what they're doing. Talk therapy won't cut it. Generic CBT won't cut it. They need ERP — and they need someone trained to deliver it properly.
We're building a practice where every specialty is done right. OCD is next. If you're that person, we want to talk.
What We're Looking For
A licensed professional counselor-associate in Texas who:
Has completed formal ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) training
Understands OCD at a clinical AND deeply human level — the intrusive thoughts, the shame, the exhaustion of compulsions, the hope that real treatment brings
Is comfortable treating multiple OCD subtypes — harm OCD, relationship OCD, religious OCD, contamination OCD, Pure O
Is listed with the IOCDF (International OCD Foundation) or willing to get listed immediately
Wants to build a specialty caseload, not see everyone and everything
Is passionate about doing OCD treatment the RIGHT way — not talk therapy dressed up as OCD care
Who This Is NOT For
We want to be honest with you upfront.
This is not the right fit if you treat OCD as one item on a long list of things you see. The OCD community deserves a specialist — someone who knows ERP, uses ERP, and is committed to treating OCD the right way. If OCD is a specialty you want to dabble in, this isn't the role.

You Might Be The Right Fit If...
You've completed formal ERP training (IOCDF-recognized training preferred)
You can speak fluently about OCD subtypes — not just contamination OCD
You understand accommodation, exposure hierarchies, and why reassurance-seeking makes OCD worse
You've worked with OCD clients before and know why talk therapy without ERP actively harms this population
You want to build a genuine OCD specialty caseload from the ground up
You're an LPC-Associate in Texas ready to build something real
