You deserve support that actually fits.

Maybe you've been carrying anxiety for so long it just feels like your personality. Maybe you're in the middle of a life that looks fine on the outside but feels like a lot on the inside. Maybe you've always suspected your brain works a little differently — and you're finally ready to explore that.

Whatever brought you here, we're glad you came. Sage & Soul offers therapy for adults and teens navigating the full, complicated experience of being human.

  • When your nervous system is working overtime and rest feels out of reach

  • The kind that's quiet and heavy, or loud and disruptive — both count

  • Processing what happened so it stops running the show

  • Understanding a brain that works differently, and building a life that works with it

  • Career changes, relationship shifts, identity questions, the "what's next" moments

  • Figuring out who you are and learning to trust that person

Therapy at Sage & Soul is provided by skilled associate clinicians — therapists who have completed their graduate training and are working toward full licensure under the direct supervision of Casey Davids, LPC-S.

This means you get a therapist who is fully engaged in their own growth, closely supervised, and backed by a support system that keeps their practice sharp. Many clients find that associate clinicians bring an energy and investment to the work that is hard to find elsewhere.

Our associates also tend to have more availability and offer competitive session rates — making quality therapy more accessible.

Casey is not currently accepting new therapy clients. To work with Casey directly, explore her supervision and consulting services.
