Hiya! I'm Casey — mom of two humans who I fiercely protect with Blackout Weekends (no plans, just us), dog mom of three, mahjong enthusiast, book lover with zero format loyalty, and a former world traveler actively plotting her return. I'm also a licensed therapist and supervisor who cares deeply about building work — and life — that actually feels sustainable.
I run Sage & Soul with one guiding belief: everyone deserves real support and real resources — whether you're building your practice or looking for someone to help you grow. These days my focus is on supervising associates, consulting with therapists, and building spaces where clinicians can do their best work.
