Hiya, I’m Casey.

I’m really glad you’re here.

A Brief Personal Note 💌 About Me:

I’m Casey Davids, Founder, Supervisor & Consultant. Outside of my professional work, I’m a mom of two and someone who protects intentional family time through what we call Blackout Weekends — no plans, no obligations, just being together.

I’m a lifelong reader in all formats, a mahjong enthusiast, a former world traveler (bringing that chapter back soon), and the unofficial manager of our family travel trailer. I’m also a wife, a dog mom of three, and someone who values rest outside— even on the hottest summer days.

On a more personal note, I’m very open about being a work in progress with my own nervous system regulation. Perimenopause and a late-in-life understanding of my own neurodivergence and ADD have shaped how I think about sustainability, capacity, and the way we design both work and life. These experiences inform how I show up as a supervisor and mentor — with flexibility, honesty, and respect for individual rhythms.

I work exclusively with mental health professionals.

My work is focused on supporting supervisors, licensed clinicians, fellow therapists, associates, and interns through consultation, training, supervision, and professional development. I’m not providing direct therapy — my role is to support the clinicians doing the work.

Who I Work With

At the Core of My Work

At the heart of all of this is a commitment to helping clinicians grow in ways that are ethical, grounded, and human — without pressure to overwork, overproduce, or disconnect from themselves in the process.

How I Work

My approach to supervision and consultation is collaborative, reflective, and practical.

I prioritize:

  • ethical clarity without rigidity

  • honest conversations about capacity and boundaries

  • support that integrates clinical thinking with real-life logistics

  • pacing that respects your nervous system, not just your caseload

I don’t believe supervision should feel performative or transactional. My goal is to create a space where you can think out loud, ask real questions, and build confidence in your own clinical voice.

We Might Work Well Together If…

  • you value thoughtfulness over hustle

  • you want supervision that feels supportive, not evaluative

  • you’re open to reflection and honest dialogue

  • you care about sustainability as much as skill-building

  • you want to grow into your work, not just get through it

If you’re looking for a supervisor or consultant who sees you as a whole person — not just a clinician-in-training — we’re likely aligned.

If you’re interested in supervision, consultation, or professional support through Sage & Soul Therapy, you’re welcome to reach out when it feels like the right time.
