Dame Colquhoun, LPC-Associate & Butters, the Animal Assistance Therapy Dog

Supervised by Casey Davids, M.Ed., LPC-S

About My Approach

I specialize in anxiety, boundaries, and self-esteem—supporting clients who often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of

of themselves in relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in helping you build emotional resilience and self-trust. Together, we’ll work to reduce anxiety, strengthen your confidence, and create sustainable patterns of balance and well-being.

My goal is to help you move beyond simply coping and into genuine growth—so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself and others.

I also offer Walk & Talks for clients who prefer movement and fresh air over sitting indoors. For clients who benefit from warmth, comfort, and nervous system regulation, I provide animal-assisted therapy sessions with my certified therapy dog, Butters. Butters brings a gentle, grounding energy that can make processing emotions feel safer and more accessible.

My goal is to help you move beyond coping and toward genuine growth—so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others.
