Supervision is one of the most important — and underexplored — roles in our field. Whether you've been supervising for years or you're just starting to seriously consider it, there's always more to think through. The ethics, the systems, the relationships, the sustainability of it all.

This drop-in group is a space to think critically about what it means to supervise well — with honesty, reflection, and a room full of people who actually care about getting it right.

WE'LL DISCUSS:

  • Supervisory identity and boundaries

  • Documentation, expectations, and contracts

  • Navigating dual roles and power dynamics

  • Building supervision that doesn't burn you out

This is a consultation and reflection space — not supervision hours.
