Learn. Connect. Show up better for your clients.

Therapists need support too — and not just the kind that comes with a clock and a liability insurance reminder. The kind that comes from being in a room (virtual or otherwise) with other people who understand this work at a cellular level.

Sage & Soul offers peer consultation groups and skills-based workshops designed for therapists who want to keep growing — practically, clinically, and as human beings who do a very hard job.

Peer Consultation Groups

A small-group space for therapists to bring their real questions, tricky cases, and professional challenges — and work through them together. Led with intention, grounded in practical application, and held with the kind of openness that makes honest conversation actually possible.

These groups are for licensed therapists and associates who want collegial connection and clinical sharpening without the formal structure of supervision.

  • Ongoing groups — limited spots available

  • Virtual format, therapist-friendly scheduling

  • Facilitated by Casey with real case discussion and skill-building

Workshops for Therapists

Practical, focused, and genuinely useful — these workshops are built for therapists who want to expand their clinical toolkit without sitting through six hours of content to find the thirty minutes that actually applied to them.

Topics are rotated based on what therapists are actually asking for — from working with neurodivergent clients, to building a sustainable caseload, to navigating the EHR chaos of a growing practice.

  • One-time and multi-session formats

  • CEU credits available for select workshops — eligibility is noted in each workshop listing

  • Open to therapists at all licensure stages
