You've spent years doing meaningful work in schools — supporting kids, navigating systems, wearing about fourteen hats at once. And now you're wondering if there's something different on the other side. Maybe clinical practice. Maybe private practice. Maybe you're already mid-transition and have a hundred questions nobody seems to have answers to.

This drop-in group is a space to ask those questions out loud — about licensure pathways, scope of practice, what actually transfers from school counseling to clinical work, and what you'll need to learn from scratch. With a room full of people who are right there with you.

WE'LL COVER:

• Translating school-based skills into clinical work

• Understanding licensure pathways and expectations

• Navigating identity shifts and imposter syndrome

• Practical questions around setting, pay, and scope

This is a consultation and education space — not therapy and not supervision.
