The Supervision Without Gatekeeping™ Directory

You deserve a supervisor who believes in you.

Not one who keeps information to themselves.

Not one who makes you feel lucky to have access to them.

Not one who forgets what it felt like to be where you are.

This directory exists because you deserve better.

Every supervisor listed here has committed to that.

What This Directory Is

The Supervision Without Gatekeeping™ Directory is a curated, nationwide list of supervisors who have been reviewed, vetted, and have signed an agreement committing to a set of shared professional values.

This is not a general referral list. Every supervisor here has applied, been reviewed, and agreed to the values that make supervision safe, ethical, and genuinely supportive of associate development.

The Values Every Listed Supervisor Has Committed To

✓  Associates have the right to know what is expected of them

✓  Feedback is given in a timely, clear, and constructive way

✓  Cultural identity is acknowledged and addressed — not avoided

✓  The power differential is named and managed responsibly

✓  Associates are not kept from information they need to grow

✓  Gatekeeping is not used as a control mechanism

✓  Ruptures in the supervisory relationship are addressed — not ignored

✓  Associates are treated as emerging professionals, not liabilities

✓  Supervision is trauma-informed and identity-responsive

✓  The supervisor's role is to open doors — not guard them
