If your experience with a listed supervisor didn't reflect them, we want to know.

Who Can Submit

Any current or former LPC-Associate or supervisee who found their supervisor through this Directory and experienced conduct inconsistent with our stated values.

What Happens When You Submit

  1. You submit the complaint form below. Your identity is kept confidential.

  2. We review your complaint within 5 business days.

  3. If your complaint falls within our scope, the supervisor is notified and given a chance to respond.

  4. We make a decision — no action, temporary suspension, or removal from the directory.

  5. You are notified of the outcome.

The entire process typically takes 2–4 weeks.

Important Limitations

We can remove a supervisor from this directory. That is the extent of our authority.

We cannot:

✗  Investigate or adjudicate licensing violations

✗  Take legal action on your behalf

✗  Guarantee any specific outcome

✗  Serve as a substitute for your state licensing board

If you believe a licensing violation has occurred, please ALSO report to your state board.

Both processes can happen at the same time.
