This workshop is for associates who want help evaluating supervision beyond availability or cost.

We’ll cover:

  • Red flags vs. green flags when interviewing supervisors

  • Power, boundaries, and ethical considerations

  • Questions you are allowed (and encouraged) to ask

  • How supervision impacts your growth, confidence, and future career
