You did it. Supervision is over, you're fully licensed, and suddenly — nobody is checking in anymore. No required meetings, no built-in support, no one asking how your cases are going. It's supposed to feel like freedom. Sometimes it just feels like falling.

This drop-in group is for therapists who've recently made the move from LPC-Associate to fully licensed and are navigating that awkward in-between phase — the one nobody really prepares you for. We talk through what comes next logistically, emotionally, and professionally, so you don't have to figure it out alone.

WE'LL COVER:

• The identity shift that comes with losing the structure of supervision

• Increased autonomy — and what to do with it

• Boundaries, confidence, and role shifts

• The questions that tend to surface once supervision end

This is a consult space—not supervision and not therapy.
