Virtual Therapy in Texas | Anxiety, Identity, Self-Esteem & LGBTQ+ Affirming Care | BCBS & Cigna Accepted

Something feels off — and you’re not sure how to name it.

Maybe anxiety has been quietly running the show, making everyday decisions feel heavier than they should. Maybe you’re a teen or young adult still figuring out who you are and what you need, and the pressure of that feels overwhelming. Maybe you’re a parent trying to hold everything together while quietly wondering if anyone is holding you.

Whatever brought you here, you deserve a space where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself. Just show up as you are.

That’s what therapy with me looks like.

Hi, I’m Hailey 🌿

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate providing virtual therapy across Texas.

I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, identity, and the feelings that are hard to name but impossible to ignore. I work with teens, young adults, adults, and parents and caregivers — and I provide an affirming, genuinely welcoming space for LGBTQ+ clients.

People who work with me often say they felt heard from the very first session. I’m warm, non-judgmental, and I show up as my real self — because I want you to feel comfortable doing the same. I don’t believe in being the expert in the room. I believe therapy works best when it feels less like an appointment and more like finally having a space that’s just yours.

No performance. No pretending. No having it all figured out before you walk in.

A Brief Personal Note About Me:

I became a therapist because I genuinely believe that feeling understood can change everything. Not fixed, not redirected — just truly heard, maybe for the first time in a long time.

I think a lot of us grew up learning to shrink ourselves, perform for others, or push through things we never really processed. Therapy, at its best, is the place where you don’t have to do any of that.

My goal is for every session to feel safe, real, and maybe a little lighter than you expected. I’ll bring my whole self to the room — curiosity, warmth, and the occasional moment of genuine human connection — and I hope you’ll feel free to do the same.

How I work:

My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and rooted in the belief that the relationship between therapist and client is where real change begins. I show up as my genuine self — and I want you to feel free to do the same.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including:

  • Person-Centered and Humanistic Therapy that keeps you — not a diagnosis or a checklist — at the center of every session

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) for building emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness skills you can actually use

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to identify the thought patterns that are keeping you stuck and start shifting them

  • Trauma-Informed Care that prioritizes safety, pacing, and trust above everything else

Together we'll work on:

  • Building a stronger sense of who you are and what you actually need

  • Developing practical tools for managing anxiety, overwhelm, and difficult emotions

  • Processing the experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and the world

  • Creating space to explore your identity, your relationships, and what you want your life to look like

Therapy with me isn’t stiff or one-size-fits-all. It’s collaborative, grounded, and paced around you — with room to go deep when you’re ready and breathe when you need to.

Who I Work With

I specialize in working with teens, young adults, adults, and parents and caregivers navigating:

  • Anxiety, overthinking, and the pressure of feeling like you can never fully relax

  • Self-esteem struggles, identity questions, and not feeling like enough

  • Depression and the kind of low mood that’s hard to explain to the people around you

  • Life transitions — growing up, moving on, figuring out who you are

  • Family conflict and difficult relationship dynamics

  • Trauma and its quiet impact on how you see yourself and others

  • LGBTQ+ identity, coming out, and affirming mental health care

  • Parenting stress and the emotional weight of caring for others while running on empty

I frequently work with:

  • Teens navigating self-esteem, identity, and the anxiety that comes with growing up

  • Young adults figuring out who they are and what they actually want

  • Women who are tired of holding everything together and ready to put themselves first

  • LGBTQ+ individuals seeking a genuinely affirming, judgment-free space in Texas

  • Parents and caregivers who give everything to others and have nothing left for themselves

  • People who’ve been through something hard and are ready to start making sense of it
