Hi, I’m Amber Holland, LPC Associate
(Supervised by Casey Davids, M.Ed., LPC-S).
I provide therapy for teens, young adults, adults, and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
I offer virtual therapy in Texas, including clients located in Highland Park, Texas and surrounding areas.
My work focuses on helping you understand patterns, build confidence, and create healthier, more secure relationships.
A Brief Personal Note About Me:
Clients often describe me as easy to talk to, funny, and genuinely present. I believe therapy works best when you can show up as you are — no pressure, no judgment, no pretending you have it all together.
Whether you're going through something major or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
You can expect:
More clarity about what’s keeping you stuck
Practical tools for setting boundaries
Stronger confidence in your relationships
A deeper sense of self-worth
How I work:
My approach blends person-centered therapy, attachment-based work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to help you make sense of patterns, improve communication, and build healthier connections — both with others and yourself.
We’ll work together to:
Explore attachment wounds and relationship patterns
Build assertiveness and communication skills
Strengthen emotional regulation and coping tools
Identify what’s keeping you stuck and create meaningful change
Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded. It’s not stiff or overly clinical — it’s a space where you can feel understood, supported, and even find moments of lightness along the way.
