Hi, I’m Amber Jones Holland, LPC Associate
(Supervised by Casey Davids, M.Ed., LPC-S).
A Brief Personal Note About Me:
Clients often describe me as easy to talk to, funny, and genuinely present. I believe therapy works best when you feel like you can show up as you are—no pressure, no judgment, no pretending you have it all together.
Whether you're going through something major or just feeling stuck, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
How I work:
I use a blend of person-centered, attachment-based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches to help you make sense of patterns, improve communication, and build healthier, more secure connections—both with others and with yourself.
I'm especially passionate about assertiveness training and helping clients find their voice. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, identify what you want to change, and build practical skills that support lasting growth.
Therapy with me doesn't feel stiff or intimidating—it's a collaborative space where you can show up as you are, feel understood, and even find moments of lightness along the way.
Who I Work With
I work with young adults through seniors who are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, communication struggles, and moments of feeling stuck or uncertain. My clients are often dealing with conflict in relationships, breakups, divorce, difficulty setting boundaries, or wanting to build more confidence in how they show up in their connections with others.
If you're ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move through life's tougher moments with more clarity and self-assurance, we might be a good fit.
We Might Work Well Together If…
You're navigating relationship conflict, a breakup, or divorce and want support processing what happened and moving forward
You struggle with setting boundaries or speaking up for yourself and want to build assertiveness skills
You're noticing unhealthy patterns in your relationships and want to understand why they keep showing up
You're going through a major life transition and need a grounded space to figure out what comes next
You want a therapist who feels easy to talk to, genuinely engaged, and human—not distant or overly clinical
